If your party arrives or leaves on different days or different flights, reservations must be separate. We suggest you make a reservation per group arriving and/or leaving on the same flight.
Once we receive this information, we will send you a voucher that you must print out and show to the Thomas More Travel representative when you arrive. Without this confirmation voucher, the driver's union will not allow us to provide the service from the airport.

Requirements
In order to qualify for this package you must meet the following requirements:
- GUEST (THE PERSON CONFIRMING THE OFFER) MUST TRAVEL WITH SPOUSE OR PARTNER
- GUEST MUST BE A RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM OR MEXICO
- AT LEAST ONE OF THE GUESTS MUST BE 35 YEARS OLD
- AT CHECK-IN BOTH GUESTS MUST HAVE A VALID ID
- AT CHECK-IN GUESTS MUST PRESENT TWO VALID VISA, MASTERCARD OR AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARDS. A CHECK OR DEBIT CARD WITH THE VISA OR MASTERCARD LOGO IS NOT CONSIDERED A VALID CREDIT CARD.
- AT LEAST ONE OF THE GUESTS MUST BE GAINFULLY EMPLOYED EXCEPT IN CASES WHERE BOTH GUESTS ARE RETIRED.
- GUESTS HAVE NOT STAYED AT ROYAL RESORTS THROUGH A PROMOTIONAL VACATION OFFER (MARKETING PROGRAM) IN THE PAST THREE YEARS
- FAILURE TO MEET THE AFOREMENTIONED QUALIFICATIONS WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF THE FULL RETAIL RATE OF THE PACKAGE IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the reservation has been confirmed there is no reimbursement of the paid fee though, if required, the Guest is allowed one change of travel dates as long as both the original check-in date and the new requested check-in date are at least one month away and the Guest must comply with the Requirements at that time. The Guest must call the numbers published in the confirmation sheet or email us at friendsandfamilyprogram@royalresorts.com to request this change. This is a one-time offer per household. Only one week/unit reservation per household.
RESORT POLICIES
Check-in time is 4pm; checkout time is 11am. Unit number will be assigned upon arrival. The following methods of payment are accepted to cover incidentals: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, US dollars (Mexican law limits this to US$1,500 per person per stay for international visitors, copy of passport is required, and US$300 per person per stay for Mexican guests, valid official ID required) and Mexican pesos. Traveler’s checks Canadian dollars and Euros are also accepted. All incidental charges, such as phone calls, will be assessed directly to you by the resort upon checkout. Animals are not permitted. Maid service is provided daily, except on Sundays and holidays. A deposit with a valid form of payment is required upon check-in. The ID presented must match the name on the reservation in order to check in. The client is responsible for notifying the resort prior to arrival of any changes related to the primary guest on the reservation. All units are non-smoking.
Certified travel agents and tourism industry employees do not qualify for this offer.
Employees of Royal Resorts and their families do not qualify for this offer.

PAYMENT OF SECURITY DEPOSITS, MISCELLANEOUS FEES, TAXES AND SURCHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRAVELER.
